They are great. Will arrived well within the window given to me. Explained and showed me how our disposal motor was gone. Helped me pick the right new garbage disposal for our house. Installed and corrected a few installation issues from previous installation. Cleaned area up following the installation although there was hardly any mess because he was very careful. Great customer service, friendly and competent. Also, I like supporting small local business because they are very customer service oriented.
